RGA CPAs and Associates is a General Professional Partnership of Certified Public Accountants duly registered with Securities and Exchange Commission having accreditation’s with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Securities and Exchange Commissions (SEC) & Board of Accountancy (BOA). The firm is headquartered in Cebu City with branch office in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
As a firm, we provide a variety of business services. We offer competent, prompt, professional service in the areas of audit services, financial reporting/compilation services, payroll, business registrations and tax services and consultancy.
Audit services include the audit of clients’ financial statements, special investigation areas, and reports on the client’s internal accounting controls.
Included in financial reporting/compilation services are the maintenance of client accounting information systems, compilation of client financial statements, and special reports. We provide development of information systems, and assistance with reports required for regulatory agencies.
We provide tax planning and compliance services for both individuals and firms. We do this while working closely with the clients and making them aware of their tax responsibilities and opportunities.
Our clientele is diverse and spans many industries. We seek to continue our service to these industries and to develop other industry competence over time.
